Important Permit Information
All payments must be accompanied by a completed and signed permit.
After completing and signing your permit, please submit it through our Permit Upload Page or mail it to our office prior to your county’s signup deadline.
It is very important that we receive your completed permit before the deadline. Failure to do so may result in your treatment being moved to a later application schedule. For example, if the spring signup deadline is missed, your application may be rolled to the fall application schedule.
Some counties have additional fees for late signups or seasonal permit fees. Please refer to your permit for the costs and fees associated with your county.
