Exciting Season Ahead

It's hard to believe that dust control season is just around the corner! We have sent out letters and permits to our customers. If you're new and not on our list, please get in touch with us. We look forward to working with you this season! Best regards, Deano's Team.

Dust Control Permits

It is important to note that a new permit is required annually, as we cannot reuse any old permits on file. Please ensure to include all marking and spraying instructions clearly, as we have various drivers who will be following these guidelines. Your residing county will also use this permit for road preparation and to avoid grading during the dust control season. Since we do not retain marking instructions on file, it is essential to provide a detailed description of where you want the spraying to occur. We encourage use of flags and clear markings; otherwise, it will be left to the drivers discretion if not explicitly noted. We look forward to serving you this season!

Please submit your permit via mail, email, text, or the form below.

Permit Upload

Kindly provide clear and detailed instructions on where dust control should be applied, as well as the locations of any markings or flags.

Once you have completed your county's permit, please upload it here.

** PLEASE NOTE:

Payments must be accompanied by a completed permit on an annual basis. Please note that payment does not replace your county’s permit, which must be submitted through our office prior to each county's deadline.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays in service, or no service, as it is essential that both the permit and payment are processed in a timely manner to ensure proper authorization from the county and road preparation.

Late applications will only receive 2nd applications.

The applicant shall accurately measure the area to be treated and ensure that flags are placed to mark the boundaries of that area. Failure to measure the area accurately may result in additional charges for the flagged area, should more footage be required for proper coverage. These flags must be in position no later than April 15th and remain in place, clearly visible, until October 15th. The flags are critical for guiding Deano's drivers in the precise application of treatments and also serve as markers for the County’s blade operator to identify the treated areas. Failure to maintain visible flagging may result in the dust control treatment being inadvertently bladed through, leading to a less effective application. Neither the County nor Deano's shall assume any liability for issues arising from flags not being properly placed or visible. In cases where flags are not visible, Deano's reserves the right to apply the treatment using reasonable judgment or, alternatively, cancel the treatment altogether.

Deano's does not guarantee the performance of the dust suppression treatments. Factors beyond Deano's reasonable control, such as weather conditions, surface preparation, or heavy traffic patterns, may adversely impact the effectiveness of the treatment. Treatments will not be reapplied due to these external factors.

By signing up/ payment, the applicant affirms that they have read and understood both Deano's Road Dust Control and the County’s Dust Control Policy. The applicant also acknowledges that the County reserves the right to blade the treated area if deemed necessary to protect county infrastructure or public safety.
